1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs288 ("zs288", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at zs288.org. 4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs288 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access or use your Account.

All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether or not authorised by you — are your sole responsibility. zs288 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

• You must notify the zs288 support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

zs288 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Account where it reasonably suspects a security breach, pending investigation and verification of identity by the Account holder.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the zs288 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount at zs288 is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated at zs288's discretion without prior notice.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 hours during standard banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your Account has completed full KYC verification, including CNIC submission and mobile number confirmation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the zs288 Account holder.
• zs288 targets withdrawal processing within a few hours of request approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• zs288 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request, including proof of source of funds.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

zs288 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, subject to the following general terms. Specific bonus offers may carry additional terms that supplement and, where in conflict, supersede these general provisions.

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly in the offer details at the time of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain when a bonus expires are forfeited automatically.
• Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered entirely before any real-money withdrawal can be processed.
• zs288 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any bonus already credited to an Account and actively being wagered will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk wagering combinations to meet requirements artificially, or coordinating with other players — will result in the voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.

7 Betting Rules & Gameplay

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the zs288 platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. zs288 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed wagers except where a clear technical error on the part of the platform can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or bet in progress, zs288 will determine the outcome based on its own records. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.

zs288 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unplanned outages may temporarily affect platform availability. zs288 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance but does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

zs288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the legal framework governing your use of the platform. By registering a zs288 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
